Getting help with WinPawn
 

How to get help: To keep prices down, WinPawn is self serve online software. Please use the included help that comes with WinPawn installation.

  1. Please read WinPawn instructions that come with installation: Windows Start/Programs/WinPawn4.0/WinPawn 4.0 manual.
  2. Most screens have the yellow question mark button to get context related help.
Phone support: While we do not generally charge for phone support we cannot afford time to provide phone tutoring with every step or with windows/PC problems. If you are not good with PC's or internet you may need to get the help of a technician (or a friend that is better at it) with initial installation setup or windows/PC problems.
